Cosmopolis Coffee is available online in the United States.

Open the bag with a scissors across the top of the bag above the tin tie. Once open, fold the bag down tightly to expel air, and then secure with the tin tie. Alternatively, you can store in an airtight container. Keep the coffee in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.  

We currently offer a $6 flat rate for Ground Shipping and FREE shipping on all coffee orders $50 and above.

We aim to ship purchases of pre-roasted coffee within 24 hours, unless it is purchased with roast to order coffee, when it will ship within 48 hours of the roast date of the roast to order coffee indicated on your purchase confirmation.

For roast to order purchases we generally ship within 48 hours of the roast date indicated on your purchase confirmation.

For purchases that include both roast to order and pre-roasted coffee or gear, we ship the combined order within 48 hours of the roast date of the roast to order coffee indicated on your order confirmation.

Please allow an additional 24 hours over the weekend.

Your coffee should arrive between 2 and 5 business days from shipment.

Cosmopolis Coffee is delivered in cardboard boxes that are accepted in most curbside recycling programs in the United States.

Our coffee bags should be disposed of in the regular trash.

Because of the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your coffee arrives damaged we will be happy to ship you a replacement.
